Dydra
Dydra is a cloud-hosted, turnkey RDF triple store with a SPARQL query engine, and indeed the very first graph database as a service (GDBaaS). It launched in February 2011, dominated benchmarks at the time, and landed S&P 500 customers such as NXP Semiconductors (whom it helped win the European Linked Data Award).
